3D Playback: Glitchy Audio and Video
« on: July 22, 2018, 11:27:32 pm »

Hi, 3D playback use to work fine for me but now it does not.
Now I get "glitchy" audio and video.
I have an AMD RX 550 based video card.
I've tried numerous versions of JRiver MC, LAV and MadVR and the problem is still there.

the latest windows 10 creators update fixed most all the problems i had with windows, jriver, ndvidia, and 3D.

what do you mean by glitchy?

can’t speak for AMD, but did you recently upgrade either the drivers for that chipset or Windows?

search around as there is a lengthy thread on 3D setup, though it is nvidia based there may be some helpful hints.

just two nights ago we watched Coraline in 3D.  very well done conversion as such thungs go.   no glitches, etc.

Like the framerate is not constant affecting audio and video.

No.

I watched Ready Player One 3D perfectly just the other night after I closed JRiver MC and fired up Cyberlink PowerDVD.
