In Media Center i deleted by accident my downloads. Is there i ways that i can recover the files from my Time Machine backup?

Can i do a database restore from the time machine back-up to bring back the deleted music?

You weren't clear here... did you actually fully delete your music files (meaning they're nowhere to be found in Finder, for example) or did you only delete them from within Media Center? If you still have your files (meaning you can find them in Finder and they're not in the Trash can) then you possibly could restore a Media Center backup to restore them in Media Center. However, if you've fully deleted your music files (again, the files are nowhere to be found in Finder) then you might check your Time Machine backup to see if they got backed up there, otherwise you might be outta luck.

Yes you can.  I just replaced a drive that crashed and it found everything going back 9 months to an hour before it crashed.
