Unable to restore license

I purchased a master license in 2016 to MC22.  Have new computer.  Downloaded latest MC22 version and tried restoring license through the help menu.  Input purchase key number and it reports it is unable to connect with the license function.  What gives?  What should I do.

The license server is being upgraded.

with your registration code and she will get the license file to you.
