I'm trying to set up keyboard shortcuts to seek in a video using the number keys, like on YouTube. But the only seek command I can find is the 10048 "MCC_SEEK", which uses milliseconds as its only parameter, so only the number 0 is possible.

Would it be possible to add another seek command that takes percentage of the media's total length as its parameter? Or modify the current one to accept an optional % sign to mean percentage instead of ms?
