Hey, Got around 20 big Oak trees in the front yard.

Any chance of getting you people down here and helping me cut some of these down and trimming them?

FREE BEER!

Heard, Matt is really good with a chain saw.

JimH and I can direct.(I think)

But

Matt:

The 3d visual. are top shelf.

My favorite no. 3

But I cant get it to stick.

Built a XPC (Shuttle)

Rained for two weeks, so I spent some money, now the sun is shinning.

Had it up and going in a flash.

Boot to hairstyle. ( got to get rid of the win xp screen)

But it looks good gentlemen.

Have not played with Hairstyle for a while, but only had to prog. the tab key in the remote.

Looks great.
Great product.

Griff,
You're a gent to offer them.  Are they down or standing?  How big?

I bought myself one of those nice orange Husquvarna Swede saws last fall.  It was a 345, I think.  Yeah, I'm sure it was.  John Gateley came over to help me and we cut up a couple of trees.  One was a pretty big oak that was knocked over a few years ago.  Some of it was good, but down near the base where it snapped, it was pretty near rotted through.  The good stuff burned OK though.

Matt, he has a nice Sandvik 10.5 crosscut that sings when he puts it to work.

What did you say your address was again?

Ohh, that would be a treat to see someone cut up an oak log with one of those.  :P

No, anywhere and just for the sheer entertainment value of a guy tackling a log with a handsaw made for cutting through 2X4's. I'm getting tired just thinking about it.

Is there something wrong with the oaks? Are they diseased or rotten? They are, without a doubt, the most majestic of any tree species. Save them...they'll appreciate it...and you'll continue to have the coolest trees on the block. Big trees and unspoiled land are fading fast in America...keep that in mind.
