Control controls not operational

Color controls no longer operational in J River video player section. Adjusting the sliders
no longer changes brightness, saturation, contrast, or hue. Applies to DVD's and video
files.

Suggestions?

Media Center 24.0.52 on up-to-date Windows 10

Answer: A setting in the video chip control panel was off
