Hello .. 1st post please be gentle

I have the latest version of redfox which has worked great, my issue is that this is my 1st problem, I have a blueray disk season 6 disk one which rips ok .. well I say this but not sure as I have this issue(this is my own disc) but when going to play using JRiver 18 all I get is a black / blank screen and just a flicker from the hard drive light. all the other disks season 1 to 5 are OK but these are DVD.
But when I use the same disk on the same drive and PC all works ok when using power dvd 16 ? I did ask on the red fox forum but their advice was to ask on the JRiver forum hence this post. So not sure if a JRiver issue or redfox .... also should I upgrade from JRiver 18 as I know this is a very old version ..

I'd suggest downloading the latest MC24 as a trial and see how it goes.  I'd bet you will be fine.

I downloaded the trial version 64 bit ( I am running windows 10) and it works .. but not on ver 18 ? any reason ?

But will now upgrade to version 24

There's been improvements to video (including DVD and BD) since MC18.

I have been using the blue ray menu support .. absolutely brilliant really works well
