2.35:1 Ratio Resolution it does not work anymore with AMD Adrenalin drivers

For me that I have a vpr without lens memory and a 21: 9 screen, this solution https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,101350.0.html was exceptional.

Unfortunately since I replaced the HD6670 with a RX580 it does not work anymore.
I tried to create custom resolutions, but the change from 50hz to 23hz or vice versa does not work any more: it always stays on 50hz.

It seems like he did not accept the 820p23 resolution.

Maybe the Andrenalin drivers must be set up in a particular way?
