Jim, this is not working. I went to the restore page and when I paste my registration code it tells me this is for a different product. No matter what I do the same thing happens.

Try running MC24.  When it comes up, you can restore your license.

I'm sorry but that does not work. I open 24 and it gives me the typical options so I hit restore. I paste the registration code and I get the same message: Your license files is for a different product.

Are you entering a Master License code?

Are you certain you're running MC24?  The error message is correct.

I’m entering the code that was sent to me on the buy-button email. I'm definitely running MC24.
