Update fails

I get a failure when I use the Help Update pulldown. Is this a known issue or is it something new or local to me?

Check for updates is working.

Also you can update manually using the release topic on the top of this forum section, e.g. https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,118022.0.html

But yeah, I think Jim's on the right track here, antivirus is the most likely culprit.
