Transfer JRiver settings to new PC
« on: November 05, 2018, 07:34:24 am »

Morning all. I am in the process of having a new HTPC built and was wondering if there is a way to move all of my settings and library to the new PC?
Thanks for any help and advice.

I do it all the time in order to test/review JRiver player platforms.  If used in the same system/LAN environment, make sure you load any necessary ASIO drivers into the new machine and then load over the latest MC back library into the new machine.  Done.

Thanks for the help. I had looked in the wiki but should have looked further. It looks like the library back up will do what is needed to restore all of my settings to a new PC. I will do some more reading in the wiki and I should be good to go.
