OpenWeatherMap Configuration for Non-US Locations

I haven't been able to configure "Weather" for non-US (i.e. OpenWeatherMap) locations in Theater View for quite a while.  Nothing at all happens when inputting the location name into the location search box. (Theater View/Gadgets/Weather/Configure)

I concur - it doesn't work! Search does nothing.

This should be fixed next build.
