Cannot Manage Library *all* Fields

I would like to change the flags to Library fiellds (Options -> Library & Folders -> Manage Library Fields): for example I do not want the tag windows for audio tagging  display fields like actors, access ratings, aspect ratio and what else I want to hide. It looks like this is not possible for the default filed. How can I hide fields depending in the media type?

Not seeing any of those tags displayed for my audio files - just the ones relevant to audio.

EDIT: Forgot to mention if you show the tagging window - click on the icon at the top left of the tagging window 'customize' and in the pop up window select media type audio and then get rid of any tag fields you don't want to show up in the tag window.
