Question:
I try to pre-order for upgrade my MC23 to MC25 for $19.98.
When I visit https://jriver.com/purchase_25_as_upgrade.html

I enter the registration code of MC23 and then follows:

     Please use the program to initiate purchase.

In MC23 there is only an option  to upgrade to a master license. (Help menu)
Then I installed MC24 trial version. MC24 has only a way to purchase the MC25 master license with the following info:

    Media Center 25 Master
    JRiver, Inc.
    $26.98 (Upgrade price.)

How to upgrade ?

You may have entered a typo in the Registration Key.  Try copy and paste.
