Cannot Do Early Upgrade To MC25

I have tried over and over since the notice was given about early upgrade to MC25 for Mac but each time I use the upgrade link put in my registration code and select upgrade I get sent to an error page that tells me "Please use the program to initiate purchase."

Use copy and paste.  Check for spaces.

Trying to pay with PayPal --- hangs, won't finish opening "log in", are the settings right on your end. I can log in from PayPal home page.

Paypal has been working fine.  Can you log into Paypal from a browser?  You might find a clue doing that.
