Cannot Do Early Upgrade To MC25

I've tried to upgrade 4 times, opened new browsers, rebooted PC, tried logging into PayPal to see if they were down - no problem. But upgrade gets stuck taking me to the log in page. HANGS

Sorry.  Firewall or antivirus blocking access?

hasn't been an issue in the past. Who knows what WINDOWS will randomly decide to do.
Just to be clear..... I get the redirect.... But, then I'm stuck on a page with a spinnee thingee waiting to login.
Acts like it does not know what to do or who's acct. it's supposed to get into. Never severs up a login page.

I continue to have difficulty with the early upgrade.  I tried yet again to copy and paste my registration code and was taken to the same error page.  I hand typed the registration code and think I may have mistyped a 1 for a I and got and error message for invalid code.  I retyped the code and once again was taken to the error page.  It is definitely getting a little frustrating.

Finally success.  After receiving another promo email on MC25 I was able to use the link provided there and successfully signed up for the upgrade.
