JRiver mediacenter 25 Windows licence

Hi everybody
I purchased a 25 Windows licence and it seems  correctly installed on jr mediacenter 24.
Under >Help r>egistration info I see registerd licence to my name as MC 24.24.0.72 and not 25 Windows.
Just received an email fronte Jr saying that my trial period is expiring in 15 days.
Can you please help me to understand what went wrong?
I made all my settings and don’t want to lose everything.

There's no problem.  It's normal.

You may have purchased with a different email address.

The email I used to buy is the same I used to register.

Registered licence even with a different code 24 instead of 25 means that I an not in trial period?
