Bit of a noob(!) question this, but is there a list of user created Theater View Themes anywhere?

Just added an MC install to my home cinema and am looking to explore themes to find one that works well on the big screen with my cinema's interior...

Would have thought there might have been a pinned post if such existed and search hasn't found anything useful so far...

Hi Mark,

Skinning Theater View is a bit of Voodoo and dark art combined, so there are not that many around...

For the last six years, we've been using xplain's Rapier Fusion theme, modded to fit into my Theater View customisations...

Rapier is *very* nice, just what I'm looking for...

It is indeed eh? We really like it here too.

xplain's excellent comments in the xml files really help with the modding too, and if you also create 'root' folders for the theme, you can put some neat background images in there that rotate around, and of course, you can add/remove when the notion takes you so it never gets boring

That said, our oldest granddaughter is 14 now and we were laughing about how, really, I should get some updated pics in there for her movie and photos libraries. I say "we", but, really, I mean "they".... It's a full time job keeping the women happy

@Marko do you have a link to your mods for rapier?

I'll get back to you at the weekend with that. Can I ask what it is about the mod that you particularly like? The reason I ask is, that the mod itself, as a package, will only work for you if you set up your theater view navigation items exactly as mine are, and as that's highly unlikely to happen, it just won't work for you. Once I know what's peaked your interest, we might be able to get at something that works for you.
