Mistake: purchase 2 times...

Hy
very happy with jriver, i decided to buy MC25 whe receiving the first proposal, the 12th of January
and this evening, checking where was the key, i found noting in received mail from jriver
i tried to remember if i had really fullfilled the order, and, without any mail, i supposed that i did not complete the ordre
and... i have (re) ordered MC25...

Receiving the file Media Center25 Windows-458133.mjr, i discover that i had a previous one ... Media Center25 Windows-447398

the form should have told me that I had already ordered, since i reentered the MC24 key... !! I am not entirely responsible for the mistake !

I hope it's possible for you to cancel the second order and refund it...

and check why not sending an email for the order...

Hotmail or Outlook, perhaps? If so, Microsoft has been blocking JRiver's emails so I wouldn't recommend using an Hotmail or Outlook email address when purchasing MC.

Thank you for your purchase.  We will locate the transactions tomorrow 2/7/2019 and issue a refund for one of the purchases.

Thank you for your patience.  A credit has been issued to your credit card account.  It may take a couple days to appear on your account.
