Media Center is running but there may be a problem:
1. the program is also running under a different account
2.Media Center 23 and Media Server are both in windows startup
3.The program is not responding for an unknown reason

I've had this on my last 3 builds with different operating systems.  this is a new build running Windows 7 64 bit on a new hard drive and no other programs installed.
