Purchasing a Master License

I can't seem to change my email address in order to upgrade my MC24 license to MC25 using option 2 on https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore.cgi.  The password or email is not recognised.  I've got all my codes going back to MC19.

Any ideas?

I assume you mean option 3 on the Restore Page.

If you'll send me an email with your old and new email addresses, I'll change it.
