A couple of times I've had MC running in mini-ME mode (LowerRight, yay!) and launched another app that goes full-screen and temporarily changes the screen res.

When it returns to my desktop, MC has vanished off the screen. The first time, I couldn't figure out how to get it back, and eventually found the solution was to go into the Miniskins folder, into the particular skin's folder and delete the 'state.xml' file.
