Installation key

Help!!! When I try to get the attachment sent with the key all that I see is a blank page.
How do I use a registration key that is not there!!!

if your using a pop-up blocker turn that off

Yes, thank you. I did have it off!!! I still get blank pages everytime I try to see that attachment. I have never had a problem like this before. ?

Use internet explorer.

The key is also sent to you by e-mail.

sometimes if you have an spam blocker it may be in your spam box.
