Upscaling

Hi,

I am all new to JRiver. Just bulding my first HTPC, so looking forward to the trip of getting to know JRiver.

I do have one question. I can't get it to upscale 1080p to 2160p I just keep it in 1080p. When playing a 4K movies it works fine. So it can show 2160p.

My setup is HTPC > Marantz 8802A > JVC DLA X7500

The HTPC is running windows 10 pro and has a RTX 2080 GPU card.

Did read something about windows dpi?

Hope you guys can help me out her

What are your desktop resolution settings?
