Hi there. If I purchase MC24 now, will I need to pay for the upgrade to MC25 in April (or whenever)?

All licenses sold right now are MC25 licenses, but the MC25 licenses work in the latest versions of MC24 as well. So no, you won't need to re-purchase as it's already a MC25 license. ;)
