Burning a MP3CD - Need to influence order of track
« on: May 22, 2003, 12:59:36 am »

I would like to burn a CD for my Stand-Alone MP3-Player, which has not the feature to play "playlists". Therfore i encountered the problem, that every CD i am burning, the order of the tracks is always alphabetical. This is not very funny.
There are tools available, which are renaming the track-names (for example with a leading 001_Trackname..).
I searched for this feature within MediaCenter also, but i couldnt find it.
Maybe i have overssen this feature, so please help, if its possible to to this in MediaCenter.

If this feature is not included, maybe this would be a good feature to add.

Meanwhile i found a workaround within MediaCenter.

I create a playlist.
I copy the tracks in a seperate folder.
I "fill track numbers" from "list order".
I rename file from properties.
Then i have the result: "07 - Artist - Name" (for example).

Now it would be great, if its possible to enlarge the
track number to a three-digit number "000", because
now track 100 is played after track 10.
