Re-install Licence Restore?

Can somebody help please. I've recently changed to a bigger drive on my PC so I can get more MP3's on, having downloaded MJ8 again to re-install, the restore licence I've been sent doesn't work and MJ8 just keeps closing every 30 seconds......help!

Jim, thanks for replying
I have tried this page that's were I got the new installation key. I can only assume that my version is current as I only down loaded it Mon evening and I always use IE as my browser.

Would you suggest downloading again and obtaining another installation key? or can I use the last installation key I was sent?

In the FAQs pages reference is made to using Windows explorer to make use of the installation key? Is this correct or cann I simply double click it from my desktop? Does mediaJukebox have to be open before I do anything with the Key?

MJ has to be installed before you purchase.  When you purchase (or restore) an Install Key is generated and automatically installed on your PC.  You can also save it by right clicking on the key you see just after purchasing or restoring.

You can check MJ Help for your registration status.
