License upgrade

I'd like to upgrade my MC21 license(master) to the latest 25.
- Is it possible to upgrade to another license version like MC21(master) > MC25(windows)?
- Are the payment methods only some credit cards and Paypal? If wire transfer is available, how to do it?

JRiver wiki above says "especially if you are upgrading from a previous version. Enter all information, choose a payment type (Mastercard/VISA or PayPal) and click Purchase.".

Does that mean Name, Company, Address, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, Country, Phone in the upgrade payment page must be all filled up even though I use Paypal? If I fill incorrect info in them or don't fill them, my payment could be refused?

It's important to enter your name and enough other detail there that we can find your license if you need us to.  And it's nice to know your city at least.

Sorry but I got my 21 license from a domestic reseller. Of course the initial serial is genuine and every new license request via your page comes well. It looks obviously from the genuine JRiver.
So I don't know how the reseller filled them in since they had bought your licenses by wholesale.
Why I try to get an upgrade license in person is that they are now only selling the master license and not selling upgrade license.
