Trouble with downloads...
« on: May 19, 2003, 02:56:12 am »

I am now getting a message that Meda Core "must shut down due to a problem" after the end of EACH download from [web site removed].com. My downloads continue in the download manager (also MC9). They all download (with help after each song...I only send one error report to MS) Then, going to my music library, the music is NOT there...have no idea where it downloaded it to, but I just paid for the music! LOL! Just downloaded the newest version of MC9.... What's the error about? Where's my music?

Kimbocreations,

In Donwload Manager, go to Settings->Options-> General. Here you will see the directory where your music is being sent. If you select the option for "Import Downloaded" your music will be automatically imported into MC.

In regards to the errors, I could not duplicate these. I downloaded "Get Ready For this"  from [web site removed].com and everything worked perfectly.....

Please try getting that song and see what happens for you.
