is there any way of installing a portable version onto a USB stick but without having a library?

Currently it is impossible to play cloudplay playlists from a browser on a PC that doesn't have MC installed as .mpl is pretty much not recognised by most commonly installed media players (window media player , VLC etc) as least on the pcs/laptops I use for mobility.

Of course the best fix for this issue would be to use  m3u or m3u8 (preferred) but until that happens  the only way I can see is  portable install (I can't install normally on some of the PCs I use due to security)
