Clearing tracks in audio playlist could cause a crash
« on: April 23, 2019, 03:53:42 pm »

Hi,

I am on latest MC 25. I noticed that, when I already have tracks in the playing now playlist when I opened up the software, if I go ahead and delete them all (as long as at least one track left, nothing will happen), software will crash with a pop up window saying this (attachment).

However, this can be avoided by adding a new track in the list after opening software and before clearing the entire playlist.

Please let me know what specifically you want to know.

I am running Win10 1809 and JRiver 25.0.27 on Lenovo X1 Extreme. Everything is up to date except for video/wifi driver. Issue can be replicated without exception.

As a side note if you right click a zone in Playing Now and select 'Clear Playing Now' the program crashes to desktop with no error message. The playlist is not cleared.

Please try the build that we just published and post a log from it if it still crashes:

Same issue here, on clearing the now playing list JRiver crashes with no dialog.

Trying the new build referred to by Matt now...

And the issue is resolved (for me).  8)
