Constant Crashing??

So via a referral from a friend I was told to get this.. I purchased it without hesitation not even trying the 30 day trial. So since installed on my pc I have not been able to play one file from it. MC just becomes unresponsive and freezes my whole computer.  I get the crash notification from MC and have followed its steps. I have disabled all security software and have removed all other media players. Any Suggestions?  Rig is threadripper 2990wx, Win 64bit, 2x8tb hd 2x 1 tb M.2E.

Try rebooting and reinstalling.

If it's a freeze (unresponsive), not a crash (MC disappears), let it run.  It's importing files and Windows can be quick to call a program "unresponsive".

You can try turning off auto-import.  It's possible a corrupt file can cause a problem.

If you're not using 25.0.31, please install it.
