DSP Studio: DSD as output works but not for video
« on: May 06, 2019, 07:46:46 am »

If I choose DSP in DOP format in DSP studio this works for all audio files I have, if input is 44,1kHz or 192kHz. Everything is DSD 64 as output.

If I play a video the input sample rate is also the output sample rate, also if I have configured DSD in DOP format as output (e.g. concert bd I have has 24 bit 96kHz and MC outputs 96kHz and not what is configured in DSP Studio).

Physical output is USB with Devialet ASIO Driver.

What is wrong?

I think that's an audio-only option.
There's really no reason to use it unless your DAC is DSD-only and cannot handle PCM.
