This is driving me crazy.

I cannot get to RM&C buttons as they are off-screen.  Please address the RM&C tool's window size/resizing.

Once the window is increased to the height of the monitor, it can NO longer be resized smaller.  And the buttons at the bottom of the screen are off-screen.  The dialog becomes unusable.

MC is not allowing the window to be resized from the top corners.

If you try to reduce the height of the window, MC re-snaps it to the full height.

MC will not allow repositioning the window correctly - it snaps right back to the top.

There is no access to the lower corners, because they are off-screen.

You can go into full-screen mode to gain access of the buttons, but it will not allow non-full screen operation again.

I can confirm that this happens.  A fix will be done for a future build.
