Req: Add ability to download files via Panel

I travel a lot for work and tend to have intermittent use of wifi. When I connect to my library server via my phone (using Panel or Gizmo) I would like the ability to download files, entire albums, and playlists locally to my device so that I can listen to them after I lose internet access.
