I hope someone can help.

I have a Jolida glass dac connected to JRiver via Audioquest Forest USB cable via spdif Jolida as shown in attached image.

All fine!

When I connect an Audioquest Coffee USB cable in its place the Jolida option disappears and I can't get any playback.

HELP.

I would try 3 steps:

1. Power off all components, then power back on, but vary the order: DAC first, then PC, vs PC first (wait to finish booting) then DAC, and see what you get.  If no joy, then:

2. Try a $5 USB cable in place of the Coffee, and see if the DAC appears properly. If it does then:

3. Return the Coffee cable.  Bad cables happen.
