I have been trying to restore my license for a copy of MC24 that I purchased on May 15, 2018. I've tried the "Restore Licence" prompt in MC24 using the Registration Code emailed to me but I get the response: "There was a problem restoring the license. Error details: This license is not valid." I've also tried my Registration Code on the License Restore Page and I get the same message. When I attempt to have the Registration Code emailed to me on the License Restore Page I'm returned to a blank landing page at https://rover.jriver.com/cgi-bin/restore_email.cgi and I do not receive an email.

I will provide further information if necessary - please advise.
