Can't log into Cloudplay

I don't recall ever signing up for Cloudplay, but when I attempt to sign up I am told my user email already exists. I don't have a record of a password in my database. When I follow through with the 'Forgot Password' link I don't get the email, and it isn't going into the Spam folder.
