Analyze audio for multi audio track containers

When MC analyzes audio in files that contain multiple audio tracks (mkv for example) … does MC analyzes all the audio tracks inside that file or just first track?

Not necessarily the first, but indeed only one - the same one that would come up during playback.
Any proper audio source with multiple tracks, like a Blu-ray, will have all tracks mastered to the same level anyway, so its just fine.
