Save ripped files to a folder of my choosing?

Is there a way to accomplish that?    I have a huge Itunes Library (1.5 TB)  g:\itunes\itunes media
I would like to add new ripped files to this same location.   Can this be done?   I do not like having the media files in different locations

Tools>Options>File Location then choose the folder you want your rips to go to.

Not just folder, but also the naming convention for the tracks.

As DTC has pointed out you can set up the way you want the files defined, the snippet attached shows mine.
