Hello my name is Shalimarinette. I have a macbook pro m2 2012 and I did the update Mojave a week ago.

i bought jriver media center 20 and everything worked fine because someone had installed it for me.

i wanted to use jriver media center 20 and i have the following message:

"the last time you opened media center 20 it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows.Do you want to try to reopen its windows again"

I sent an email to the forum, I was told to uninstall and reinstall.

i got to go to mc 20 and i wanted to install mc river 25, but i could not find my music.

I was told to delete this software I bought a software to uninstall properly, but I could not access media 20 and jriver media 25 is there, but I can not open it.

currently at work, i contacted apple to know the reason for the message

I have to contact them tonight, because I'm not at home, but they tell me that this software is not compatible with mojave.
I am not a computer scientist, and I do not get this forum in English.
if i actually can not reinstall media center 20 with mojave, tell me if you use june 25 with mojave.
In this case, I want to buy the current version 25, but I could recover everything I had on the version 20, all the files in flac must be on my mac book pro.
Maybe a charitable soul can explain to me how to do it.
What worries me is that the seller who made the installation on my mac for settings is no longer there, and I am unable to make the adjustment by me meme.river is all in English, and even if I write to you with google translate, i will be unable to adjust with my 100 sotm.

MC25 does work with Mojave. All you have to do to get your music/library back is restore a library backup made in MC20 in MC25, and that should fix that. MC20 to MC23 on the other hand will crash on Mojave, but there's a workaround posted in this topic: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,118316.0.html

j can t reinstall mc 20 ,
j have a message media 20 a quitte de manière imprévue
and j can't open media 25:
you tell me to do a restoration of the library, okay I understand it via google translate
but what i'm saying is that i can not open mc 25 or unintellate it, so how do i do it.

MC 25 should run on Mojave. I have it running on my Mac with Mojave without any problems.

I think you just want to get the music you had in MC20 into MC25. You should be able to do that. MC 20 makes automatic backups . You can use one of those backup files to restore into MC 25.

You should see several backup files from MC 20 and they are probably located at:

[ Your User Directory ]/Documents/JRiver/Media Center 20/Library Backups/

In MC 25 just do:

File > Library > Restore Library

Then tell it to use one of those backup files. You should get all of your music back in MC 25.

You need to verify that MC 25 and your DAC are on the same IP network and that they can communicate. If MC25 can see the DAC it should display as an available renderer.

Try using MC's DSP Studio > Output Settings to force playback to a single format, 16/48, for example. Then try 16/96 or 24/48.

If you're using MC with a USB DAC, then the playback should not use Media Network. Click on Player in Playing Now. Then try playing.

DSP Studio is under the Player Menu.

But I have one library with music film and photos but no sound
And for the Dac the sound is good but I have only one cd
I ask apple to help me,but she don't find

You want the Output Format section (or Format de sortie in your screenshot). Make sure it's checked too.

See in my screenshot where each Input says 44,100 Hz, 48,000 Hz, etc? Set the Output on each one from No Change to 48,000 Hz.
