Attention shoppers.  We have a gentleman in distress.  He lives just west of Paris.  He has a Mac and a SOTM DAC and he can't get it going.

I don't think I'm interested in a trip to France for this particular purpose.  I speak essentially zero French; just a little in high school.

I *might* be convinced to do a screen sharing session to try to evaluate the situation and see what I can fix.  Even that, without a good translator, would be quite difficult.

There's got to be someone in France who's good at MC.  Or England?

Since this seems to be important, and we would need someone who lives in France to do the translating...
