Image and Video View Schemes are missing
« on: August 18, 2019, 12:42:35 am »

Hello,

I'm not sure if I have the exact wording to explain to you my problem. Image and Video View Schemes are missing in my application. I do have Audio and Television but not the first two (see Attachment). What do I have to do to have both again back? Thank you.

Go to "Tools > Options > General > Features" and make sure "Image Support" and "Video Support" are both checked.

Thank you Marko, I've checked in the options as indicated by you and both features are already checked.

Last shot then...

Under the "View" menu, have you ticked "Audio Only Mode"?

If so, click it again to turn that off.
If no, thats me all out of ideas.

Thank you again Marko,

No, I haven't ticked "Audio Mode Only". Finally, I've been able to solve the problem by myself. Since you were telling me that you were running out of ideas, I went to Tools > Options to see if I could find a Reset option to start it all over again.

There, in "Options", I found Startup > Startup Interface > Location. I ticked "Video" in the menu. After OK to save the new setting, the program restart and the "Video" menu was back. Then after, I did the same procedure again, ticked "Images" this time. After the program had restarted, the Images menu was also back. In the end, both views Images and Video were back!
