hi, I am fairly new to last.fm. I would love to import my rich play history from MC.
This is done / works:
- Exporting from MC: done. A list of all files I ever played on MC, including play count and the date last played, available in CSV
- Importing into Last.FM: the closest I got is using http://universalscrobbler.com for a 'manual batch scrobble' (for a negligible fee, you can batch upload songs).
Missing bit: I don't find a way to set the date/time for a manually scrobbled song to the past. Every tool I tried or read about it registers the scrobble date/time time to the current. And even thoughUniversalscrobbler has a 'time stamp' parameter, but that doesn't seem to work (even with the provide example/template).
Ideas, anyone?
EDIT: small correction - experimenting with the time stamp function of universalscrobbler, it seems that Last.FM allows to set a past date only
within the last 14 days, but not any older. Do any work arounds exist?
