H, I am currently on version 22 and would like to try 25. Are there step by step upgrade instructions somewhere that I can access?

Thanks for asking.  I want to ask you for your help on this topic because we're currently trying to provide better help for this and other topics.

Do you receive our newsletter?  It has instructions.  Did you see them?

Did you try a search?  A Google search?

Did you read any forum threads?

I'm sorry if this annoys you.  I'll give you the answer in the next hour, but I would be very grateful to hear what steps you took, if any.

Yes, I have received your news letters in the past.  Honestly, I have also seen instructions in the past too,  I just wasn't ready to proceed at that point.  No annoyance at all.  This was a snap decision because I am still having network  connectivity issues and I am desperate for a solution at this point.  Upgrading versions probably won't help, but what the hell..  I will do my due diligence before posting.  Thanks for your reply and your guidance.
