Hi, I have a Logitech MX Keys keyboard and I've noticed that the media keys do not work properly with JRiver. I am running version 26.0.107.

I have tried all 3 options under Media Key Mode (Automatic, App Commands, Hot Keys) Nothing seems to work. It only works when I have the application selected, but not when I am doing something else. Spotify and other programs work just fine what gives?

Logitech keyboard and mouse drivers are notorious for being cranky and not wanting to play nicely with other software, including the operating system, at times. So your best option is to replace you keyboard, and probably your mouse, with a Microsoft Equivalent.

I literally spent $200 on this keyboard. that is not a good answer. "just get a different keyboard". how come it works with spotify, tidal, mpv/vlc and other programs?
