I bought and received my JRiver media key 26 but I use Linux but I can not download version 26 for linux

You can install the latest build of MC25 on Linux (MC 25.0.113) and you can use the MC26 license with it. What Linux distro are you using on the Raspberry Pi? Raspbian? If so, just follow this tutorial: https://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php/topic,120183.0.html

Like I said, make sure you're using the latest version, 25.0.113 or else older versions won't work with the MC26 license. I would also recommend upgrading (or clean reinstalling) Raspbian to Stretch or Buster.

Also, don't run as sudo or su, that will only cause issues.
