Problem with JRemote
« on: November 18, 2019, 03:56:28 pm »

I am experiencing a problem with JRemote with this version that I haven't had before. When I try to play a playlist through JRemote it only plays one song and then generates an error:
"Audio streaming error
There was a problem playing the current audio file"
Log is attached and any help is highly appreciated!

many thanks,

Hans

It works for me.
Maybe try re-selecting your audio device in MC's audio settings.
What format is your material in the playlist?
Are you certain that the Repeat setting in MC is not set to stop after each item?

I have restarted JRemote a few times and re-selected output with the same result. The files are mp3. Repeat settings is correct. After playing from MC25 on my iMac a bit it is now working as expected. Maybe the iMAc and the phone don't like to share the same Airplay Speakers.
Thanks for checking!
cheers,

I don't think they can share, at least with the base airplay protocol.
