JRemote2 won't connect to server from outside local network [Solved]

all of the other apps can connect from outside but not JRemote2.

yes. using the same access key. Jremote1 was working fine and Gizmo does connect too but not Jremote2.

It turns out that I had the SSL checked. I opened the SSL port on my router and all is well. thanks.
