Lately when JRMC26 installs an update, it keeps on wiping my serial number and makes my version into a trial version. I have the registration key. In the last one week, because of the update, so far I have reregistered JRMC26 three times and that decreases my yearly install quota. Today it did it again. so far the devices have been two HPs and a Dell
The software did not do this in the past but it is getting crazy to keep on entering my serial number and reducing my yearly install quota.
Please advise.
